We use this information to answer your questions, schedule and manage rides, respond to feedback and complaints, and improve our service.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our ride scheduling and hosting providers, or where required by law, including Ohio public records law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
